What are your shipping and return policies?
We currently ship anywhere in the USA. Your La Mama Care order will ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). You will have two options at check out: USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Express. As soon as your order is sent out, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
As a reminder, the post office will deliver the kit without signature confirmation.
We process orders received between Monday and Friday the same day or by the close of business the following day. Orders received on the weekends are processed by end of day Monday.
Have a special delivery? No problem. Email us at email@example.com and we will take care of it.
All sales are final. If you don’t love your kit or you have an issue with the contents, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will make it right.
Why the products in the La Mama Care kit?
La Mama Care was founded by three mamas who have been through five pregnancies and birthed six babies. Through personal experience and the consultation of mamas around the world, we have carefully selected and sourced products to nurture the mama’s physical and mental well-being throughout the fourth trimester and beyond.
When possible, we love to partner with mama-owned businesses, but our ultimate goal is to deliver quality products at an affordable price that are safe for mama and baby.

We are always looking for new and creative ways to take care of mamas in the postpartum period. How can I place a bulk order?
We love working with birthing centers, OB/GYN offices, employers, daycares, schools, and anyone else looking to take care of new mamas! Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include Bulk Order in the subject line. We will be in touch within 24 hours and get you set up to start gifting ASAP.
Starting a company with young kids at home sounds tough. Do you get any sleep?
No, no we don't.
I have questions that aren't listed here, how can I ask them?
Our inbox is open 24/7/365 (we give it a day off on leap years). We love to hear birth stories, postpartum stories, feedback on kit contents (positive and negative), suggestions for future boxes and how are customers are doing. We also love pictures :)
